Just wanted to thank the Service and Parts departments for their commitment to customer care. I purchased my new 2013 Road Glide Custom about three weeks ago from Andrae's and have received the best sales experience possible. Today I took a ride back over to the dealership as I wanted to demo one of the new windsplitter windshields. "Rocket Man" in parts promptly installed the demo and away I went. I was extremely pleased with the test ride and returned to the dealership and made my purchase. Again, "Rocket man" went above and beyond and installed my new windsplitter and boxed up my stock windshield and stored it away for me to pick up when I wasn't on the bike. Customer Care is personal at Andrae's and they make me feel at home whenever I'm there. Thanks Andrae,s!

I recently purchased an 03 Road King, from Andrae's. All of the staff was very helpfull in getting my financing approved 2 days prior to me picking up the bike. The day I went to get the bike, the weather was cooler 42 degrees and windy! The ladies in clothing helped me get a pair of chaps and a new helmet for the ride home, the insulated chaps are the best I have ever worn. The finance person contacted my insurance for me to assisst me in switching my coverage from my old bike to the new one. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing not only a motorcycle, but any vehicle. I will recommend Andrae's to anyone who needs, service, sales or clothing/equipment. I will now shop there first for all my Harley Davidson needs. Thank You all!

I just wanted to say I cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received. I was in the area for the weekend when I noticed my 2003 Electra Glide Classic had developed a leak. Being 5 hours from home I wasn't sure what I was going to do. A phone call to Andrae's service department took care of any worries. The staff at Andrea's are extra helpful and friendly. Andrea's makes you feel like we are all part of the same family. I've bought parts and have had my bike serviced there and am happy and satisfied with both. Even though I have a Harley dealer closer to my home I choose to drive the extra miles to claim Andrea's as "my Harley shop". When it comes time to trade up I will be trading at Andrea's Harley Davidson.

I have had a good relationship with Eric ,Gerry and the service dept guys since 2004 when I bought my 2004 lowrider .They have answered all my questions and know what they are talking about .Now I have bought a 2012 Road Glide custom ,and the guys are very helpful answering my endless questions .I tell all my friends in Pontiac were I buy my motorcycles and tell them to check Andrae's out they are the best around .Thanks guys just waiting for warm weather so I can ride .

Bill,John, and Shannon, Thank you so very much for getting my bike back together after it was laid down. I appreciate everything you did, from dealing with the insurance company to working with Scott Miller at Fifth Dimension, who did a wonderful paint job.
Even the smallest details, you guys were on top of it. I feel you guys treated my bike as if it were your own. My bike is as nice if not nicer than before the accident.
It is always nice to come into the shop and be greeted in a friendly manner. All three of you are an asset to Andrae's. As in years past, I will continue to bring my bikes, a 2004 FXSTI and 2009 FXSTC, to you for their regular maintenance.

My husband and I take the 4 hour round trip to bring our bikes to Bill (Burris) to have the service/repair work done. Bill is always very throrough in his explanation as to what needs to be done and he makes sure everything is just right when we leave. He is very accomodating knowing the distance we travel. Because of his sincerety and honesty, we feel very comfortable with any recommendation he may offer. It's good to know that we have someone like Bill and his team to take such good care of us. I'm soon to become a woman rider after my safety class in June, I came in your dealership on Friday to get an idea of what bikes were available and price ranges. I truely expected none of the salesmen to approach me. I would have put money on it ;). But to my surprise, Peter Farm approached me and was very helpful. He explained the differences between the models, have me a woman rider booklet and catalog along with his card. He did a great job! Peter your efforts that day boosted my confidence...kudos!

I just felt like I should let you know that after having my 07 Road Glide worked on "due to a small leak". That after talking to Bill in the service dept. And told him my concerns about the bike he went above what I had mentioned . Be that this was my first Harley I was not sure just how they where to handle. With his help , my bike rides even better than before . I am not sure just what all they did but it rides so much better than before. And I just wanted to let everyone there know just how Pleased I am with my purchase of a 2007 Road Glide. I just can't imagine taking my bike anywhere else. I had issues with my 08 Ultra, May 20th 2009. It was making a strange noise that I'd never heard before. Stan was very patient helping me out and actually believed me when he was unable to duplicate the noise while checking out the bike. Eventually Stan was able to diagnose a problem with the rear sprocket. After disassembly the reason for the noise became well known. The rear sprocket ball bearing was missing some of the bearings. Stan did a great job getting the bike fixed and ready for me to continue my trip to Washington DC for Rolling Thunder. Thanks much, Greg Anderson

I began shopping at your dealership as a tourist. My son is at the local college in champaign, and i am in Ontario Canada. since I visit him there i began to shop for the basic things. then i pre ordered a fender rail as i was on my way to Illinois THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I visited the store to pick up and pay for the item which i was excited over, paid and left the store. Later the same morning I realized I was missing a $50.00 bill. I called the store from the hotel and spoke with Jerry and Sterling explaining what may have happened. The two of them checked the cash drawer and realized two of the $50.00 bills were attached and neither of us had noticed. When I went back to the store we had a chuckle over what had happened. I just wanted every one out there to know this is now the store of my travels, their honesty and loyalty to the customer was shown that morning, and further the Harley Davidson Family really does exist as every one who rides is welcomed at any time. i purchased my 1st Harley in 2008...a 1200 sportster...and i loved it. Then in May of 2009 i moved up to Dyna Streetbob. i have rode since high school (many moons ago) but not a Harley. i love Harley Davidson to me it is the Ultimate ride the best of the best and every dealership i have been too they people are warm and friendly always ready and wiilling to go the extra mile i feel like i belong to somthing big my big wonderful HD family thank you and ride safe my brothers and sisters. juli :)

My experience with the staff at Andreas was the most positive one I have ever had with any kind of Dealership. The fact that I only asked to produce a Bike with my personality in it and the memory of my wife on it may possible been a tall order to give. The staff worked with me till they got it all right the first time. Lady J is with me everytime I ride and her peace, beauty, and joy is a part of my Ultra Classic. While I could have gone through Military Sales since I am deployed and received a better deal on a bike, I felt that it was better to go through a dealer that I have known and worked with over the years. I own a 2008 HD Street Glide and was riding in a poker run put on by Andrae's. My bike ran fine on the run. When I got ready to leave the last stop my bike would not run.I asked Randy Simpson if there was anything he could do for me. He came over and took a look at my bike and tried to see what the problem was. The problem could not be fixed and Randy offered to my a trip back to the shop and haul my bike back to Andrae's(This happened on a Sunday!).They had my bike in and out the next day by a great service department. The problem was a cracked fuel filter shell which is part of a factory recall. The bike was also cleaned before it was returned. It is the great people like Randy Simpson and the service department who work at Andrae's that make it such a succesful dealership!!

Having just recently moved from Albuquerque NM to Champaign, I was having problems with my 2005 Dyna's carburetor. I have a Stage I upgrade and my jets were set up to work well at 5000 feet of altitude. At sea level, my bike was sputtering due to a high air to fuel mixture. When I first came to Andrea's, I met Bill Burris, the service manager. He immediately understood my problems and explained exactly what he could do to help me. Bill really took his time with me and we worked out the best plan to fix my problems. On the day of the service, the mechanics noticed some cracking issues with my back tire, and Bill called me up to have me come look at it. Everything got done in one day (including a 10,000 mile service and the back tire change) and the bike runs fantastic now. The most amazing thing, however, was that the next day I got a very unexpected phone call from Bill. He was just calling up to see how the bike was running and if I was satisfied with the set-up. Now that’s customer service! I mean really, how often do the car mechanics call you the next day? Thanks Andrae’s!!!

JUST GOT MY 1983 XLX SPORTSTER BACK TODAY AFTER AN OIL CHANGE AND CHAIN ADJUSTMENT. WAS AMAZED AT THE APPEARANCE OF THE BIKE AS IT HAD BEEN CLEANED UP AND REALLY READY TO RIDE. HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS BIKE FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS. ANYWAY, I REALLY APPRECIATE THE EXTRA EFFORT SPENT ON MY OLD 83 XLX THIS TIME AROUND. IT IS ONLY 25, BUT I AM 68!!

I was just reading some of the testimonials and I have to say that I can understand why Andrae's is rated so highly. I first met these fine folks back in 1983 when I bought my first Harley from them (a slightly used 1979 FLH) and they gave me a great deal. That bike has long been replaced by newer ones over the years (one of which was a second purchase from them-again with a great deal). In 1997 they took care of shipping my old '88 Electra Glide (which John had worked on a few times for me between 1993 & 1997 - thanks again John) to San Antonio for me. It arrived with no problems. I have dealt with Andrae's in one form or another off & on ever since 1983 and they have always been friendly, kind helpful and just great folks to deal with. I always recommended them to people I've met in my travels and whenever anyone would ask me where they could could get a bike for a good deal, I always said "Andrae's in Urbana, IL will give ya a good deal". This is the second brand new Harley Davidson I've purchased from Eric and Randy. After my first some friends at work were very interested in how I got ahold of next years model so fast. My timing has been extremely lucky on both deals, but I told them I just picked up the phone one day and called. (One of my friends tried this at the local dealership and was literally laughed at!) It doesn't take much to get "turned off" by a dealership that doesn't respect an honest question. Even if my timing hadn't been perfect on BOTH my new Harleys, I'm convinced that because of the no nonsense and straightforward approach by Andrae's sales staff a successful deal would have been completed. I've checked other dealerships (just to try to talk a deal) and am still convinced Andrae's HD sets the standard, barnone. Keep up the excellent work and I'll try my best to keep sending them to you. I bought a used bike, 2002 Heritage Softail, over the internet after seeing the bike advertised on H-D Trader.com. The Sales guys were awesome to work with and made the sale as easy as I have ever experienced. I have had the bike now for 3 months and have put a few miles on it. I love it.
